(Princeton, NJ) BlackRock's Enterprise Marketing department is looking for a web designer for their eBusiness team. The successful candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment and will be responsible for a wide range of design and usability tasks within an in-house design team.

Work across the eBusiness team to design and/or build user interfaces for a variety of sites, tools and applications. Manage and coordinate the usability program, including the creation of personas, user scenarios, interaction models, etc.
Act as project manager for select new projects that come to the design team. Assist in the creation of sitemaps, wireframes and other design documentation. Collaborate with other web designers on all front-end development efforts; translate interaction and visual designs into working solutions.
