• Must have proven design experience working on UI
• Works well in both team environment and individually
• Should have body of work with mix of online interfaces, websites, and online branding
• Work should show clean typography, good use of whitespace, skill in making an interface easy to understand, and an ability to provide consistent and unique branding to an application
• Portfolio review required
• At least 3-4 years experience as designer working on a visible online app or popular website
• Samples of XHTML markup and CSS
